The role

To promote and drive high quality, integrated adult social care practice in Herefordshire.

To drive the ongoing development and delivery of the Social Care Strengths-based Practice Framework and associated Quality Assurance Framework in adult social care.

About You

We are looking for someone who has sound practice knowledge and can support us to drive our practice forward in adult social care. The individuals must have experience across the breadth of adult social care and should be able to work autonomously to develop and implement practice and quality assurance tools.
