About The Role

Hoople Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a local primary school to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their dedicated team as soon as possible, with the potential to extend beyond the Autumn term.

As the Year 6 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
  • Assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
  • Marking and feedback in line with school expectations
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils as they prepare for their transition to secondary education
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and challenge learners
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
