Receptionist Required
Our client is looking for a receptionist to cover a busy desk and to undertake administrative tasks, working 18.5 hours a week. The role will be initially working on a 12 month contract, but has the potential to be extended.
The right candidate will need excellent customer service skills to handle each query in a professional manner, while being proactive and maintaining a positive attitude towards the role at the reception desk.
General Duties:
- Covering reception
- General administrative duties
- Helping with events being held on site
- Monitoring the premises for cleanliness and reporting any issues
- Note taking for attended meetings
- Assisting with the completion of weekly compliance checks
- Being the first point of contact for phones calls and emails
The Right Candidate Must Have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude in problem solving and finding solutions
- A proactive approach
- Competent in using Microsoft Packages
