You will utilise your excellent people skills to provide a high quality service to those wishing to attend an appointment or organise a ceremony. The role demands high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and the willingness to work within a legal framework. Above all, it requires the ability to be sensitive and flexible to the needs of the public at life changing and emotional times in what can sometimes be a high pressure environment.
This is a rewarding role offering great personal satisfaction, where you will have the opportunity to meet and support a hugely diverse range of people. If you are looking for a rewarding, varied and complex role where no two days will be the same then this could be the role for you.

The role involves working full time and is on a fixed term contract basis for approximately 6 months. The working pattern is generally Monday to Friday but may require evening or weekend cover on occasion. The role is office based but there is the opportunity to work from home one day a week once fully trained.
You will maintain a working knowledge of relevant legislation, complying at all times with national standards, service standards and best practice.
We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills. You should have a keen eye for detail and be committed to maintaining high standards in registration practices and customer excellence. Due to the varied nature of the role you will need to be proactive and solution focused. Although registration experience is desirable, above all we value transferable skills and experiences. Full training will be provided.
