About The Role

Our client based in north Worcester is looking for a temporary payroll assistant for 3-6 months. The role will be working from 25 to 37 hours on a weekly basis. This role will be setting up a new Human Resource Information System and transferring data from the previous system ensuring employees are paid through the new system by the end of the year.  
The right candidate will need knowledge of payroll compliance and to have worked previously with payroll software. 
General duties will include: 
  • Data entry and processing 
  • Record maintenance
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Help implementing the new system by transferring data
  • Processing absence and leave
