Are you looking for a rewarding challenge in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing Revenues and Benefits team.
As a Revenues and Benefits Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering essential services to our community. You’ll initially focus on the administration of Council Tax, with opportunities to develop your expertise in debt recovery and the assessment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction.
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

In this role, you’ll ensure customer records are accurately maintained and processed in line with current legislation, while providing a professional and supportive service.
This is a varied and fast paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be adaptable, confident interpreting legislation, and comfortable working to performance targets.
You should have experience of working in a team environment but also using your own initiative which is an essential part of this role.
