The Role

We are looking for an inspiring Advisory Teacher with a passion for inclusive practice and a strong understanding of SEMH, Cognition and Learning, and Communication and Interaction differences. About You

We are looking for an inspiring Advisory Teacher with a passion for inclusive practice and a strong understanding of SEMH, Cognition and Learning, and Communication and Interaction differences. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast‑paced, evolving Inclusion Outreach Service, where no two days are the same and every day makes a genuine difference.
You will work directly with mainstream schools, providing high‑quality advice, guidance and practical strategies to support the inclusion of children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. This will include modelling effective classroom approaches, supporting individual and whole‑school strategies, and delivering impactful training to build confidence and capacity in school staff. Your work will help ensure that children and young people feel understood, supported and able to thrive in their learning environments.
In return, you will be part of a supportive, forward‑thinking team, with opportunities to further develop your expertise and play a key role in strengthening inclusive practice across the area.
