Join us as a Learning, HR & OD Coordinator

Are you organised, efficient, creative, and ready to juggle a variety of tasks with a smile? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!

We’re looking for a permanent, full-time Learning, HR & OD Coordinator (37 hours per week) to support our vibrant HR & OD service. You’ll play a key role in keeping our busy Learning & OD team running smoothly, taking on a range of day-to-day admin duties, including your own administrative portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

From sourcing training providers and managing event logistics, to keeping our intranet fresh and responding to inbox queries, no two days will be the same! You’ll be hands-on with:

  • Coordinating training, wellbeing events & induction programmes
  • Supporting work experience & careers fairs
  • Maintaining systems, managing data and undertaking evaluations and reporting
  • Supporting and providing cover for wider HR & Health & Safety projects
  • Helping us deliver creative L&OD campaigns & events

You’ll also have the chance to get involved in a variety of initiatives across:

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator - written and verbal

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Good IT skills - including experience with MS Office and digital systems
  • Ability to use and interpret data and produce highlight presentations and reports
