The role of the Nature Recovery Technician will be to assist with completing the work required to complete and publish the Herefordshire LNRS and to be part of the team as it moves through to the implementation phase. Your main duties will be:
- Provide technical support to the Local Nature Recovery Officer, Project Team and wider internal and external project partners.
- Prepare and present reports, briefings and other written and verbal communications to a wide range of stakeholders, funders and project partners.
- Support the design, delivery and analysis of consultation activities, including outcomes of landowner-stakeholder liaison and communications.
- To improve and update the project’s GIS-based records by interrogating existing information, liaising with partners to secure up to date data, and undertaking site visits and surveys to collect new data.
- Work with the Steering Group and project partners to share knowledge and learning of local and national issues and stories.
